Prepare yourself for a successful bodywork session

Consult your Physician

Massage and bodywork are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications.  It is recommended that you consult your physician for any medical conditions that you may have. that is contraindicated.

Be on time

Please arrive to your session on time.  Your  appointment may be abbreviated if you arrive late.

What to Wear

Loose shorts and tanks/camis are recommended for bodywork sessions.  Privacy is provided and maintained throughout the session.

Hydrate

Bodywork and massage can release stored up toxins back into the body.  It's important to drink lots of water before and after sessions.

Prepare your skin surface

Please avoid arriving with clean skin without any type of lotions or oils on your skin.
